Milltown Depot: A combination depot with passenger accommodations on one end and freight facilities on the other end. This is a  1:20.3 scale, structure that will also work for 1:22.5 scale / Structure built over strong Cedar sub-frame / Interior is accessible for cleaning, maintenance, or installation of lights by removing bottom Oak plywood bottom  / Scale Cedar boards used for the board & batten siding  / Cedar Shingle Roof , each Cedar shingle is individually cut and placed on the Cedar board roof  /  Eight windows featuring real glass, two entry doors and two freight doors, set in Cedar framework  /  Weatherproof sealer  featuring UV protection and Mildewcide, applied to interior and exterior of depot and platform  / Weather Proof glue used in the construction of the entire structure. The platform is built up using scale timber and deck planks / The depot and platform are weathered to give the appearance of an old and well used structure.

Double Outhouse: All Cedar construction / Board on frame construction using 1:20.3 scale lumber. Scale 2" x 4" and 2" x 6" for the framework and random width 1" boards for the walls / Cedar Shake shingle, roof / Hinged operating doors with twist latches / Hinged "potty top" covers / Weather Proof glue used in the construction and weatherproof sealer featuring UV protection and Mildewcide, applied to interior and exterior.
