Grampa's Outhouse

This is a rugged looking and very knotty, custom built wooden structure for a 1:20.3 scale model railroad scene. A nice addition if your railroad depicts the early steam era. Suitable for outside Garden Railroad or indoor diorama. A nice and often overlooked addition to an old time model railroad scene.

Construction Details: All Cedar construction / Board on frame construction using 1:20.3 scale lumber. Scale 2" x 4" and 2" x 6" for the framework and random width 1" boards for the walls / Tar Paper roof / Hinged operating door with twist latch / Hinged "potty top" cover / Board step in front of door / Weather Proof glue used in the construction / Weatherproof sealer featuring UV protection and Mildewcide, applied to interior and exterior
